Find a routine that will work best for you, but use the following as a guide:

  • S: Silence (Prayer, Meditation, Stillness)

  • A: Affirmations

  • V: Visualization

  • E: Exercise

  • R: Reading

  • S: Scribe (Journaling)

  • Set clear goals

4. Set clear & ambitious goals.

Setting clear goals provides direction and motivation and helps us measure progress. Use the SMART goal-setting framework to create goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound. Ambitious goals stretch you beyond your comfort zone and inspire you to take action toward your dreams. Set goals that challenge you and align with your vision for your life. Break down your goals into actionable steps and create a plan to achieve them. Revisit them regularly to stay focused and motivated. Hold yourself accountable and celebrate your progress along the way.

5. Gain clarity on your purpose

Having a sense of purpose and clarity can provide a deep sense of fulfillment and meaning in life. Take time to reflect on your values, passions, and strengths, and identify how you can use them to make a positive impact in the world.
